Where do you buy homes?

Why don't I just sell on my own?

Good question! And of course you can. A couple of things to think about however:

  1. Average days on market for a professionally marketed property in great condition fluctuates between 2 and 4 months. Both properties that are not in resale-ready condition and vacant land is typically longer than this. If you need cash quickly, then this isn’t a great option for you.
  2. Conventional financing to buy vacant land and some properties in poor condition is either very hard to get or not at all possible. Our offers are cash and we are ready to close quick!

Does the house need to be in good condition?
