Some homes need a different conversation

Manufactured homes, including homes on leased land, are a particular focus. We also consider houses, rentals, condos, vacant homes, and properties that need repairs. Every residential enquiry is welcome for review.

We’ll be candid about the fit

Our preference is a direct purchase. If listing may better serve your goals, we’ll say so. Any proposed transaction should clearly explain our role and the terms before you decide.
