Our role

One or more members of the Westwood Home Buyer team is a licensed real estate agent. When we purchase your property, we act as a buyer and do not represent you as your agent. A purchase, assignment or separate listing arrangement must be explained in the applicable written agreement. You may obtain independent legal, tax, financial and real-estate advice.
