Information you provide
Our general contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and message, sent together when you submit. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Our property enquiry form asks for a property address, contact details and information about the property and your selling plans. Each step is submitted separately. Step 1 sends the address even if you do not complete the contact or property questions. We also receive the page, referral and campaign information associated with your enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiries to evaluate a possible property purchase, respond to you and arrange follow-up. If you submit only a property address, we may research the property and ownership, obtain contact details from available records or contact-research services, and contact the owner by mail about a possible purchase. Submitting the form does not create an obligation to sell.
Where information goes
Submitted steps are emailed to our business inbox through Amazon Simple Email Service. We may enter enquiries into our business systems to manage follow-up. The website does not maintain a separate lead database. Seller enquiries are handled within Westwood Home Buyer, with service providers supporting website operation, communications and enquiry management. We do not sell seller enquiries or share them with other investors or agents for their own follow-up.
Address suggestions and security
When suggestions are enabled, the address text you type is sent through our server to Google Places. You can choose manual entry instead. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse; Vercel hosts the website and provides request limits and operational logs. These providers may process browser, device, IP address and request information for their services. When you submit either form, we also include your IP address and browser information in the internal notification email to help identify spam, investigate abuse and recognize patterns across submissions.

Storage and retention
The website does not save a recoverable draft of your form. Form entries are held in the current page’s memory and are cleared when you refresh or close it. Submitting a step sends that step’s information and the earlier submitted details to our server. Address suggestions send your search text to Google before you submit, as described above. Submitted information may remain in our email and business systems. We retain it as needed to handle enquiries, maintain transaction records and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
Optional analytics cookies
For visitors identified in the European Economic Area, UK or Switzerland, Google Analytics stays off until they choose “Allow analytics.” We show these visitors a cookie choice. Elsewhere, including when location cannot be determined, Analytics is enabled by default unless declined or the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to our pages and completed form steps. We do not include form entries, property addresses, enquiry references or URL query strings in these events. Google may process browser, device and network information as part of this service. Declining analytics does not affect the form. Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the page to allow or decline analytics. We use an approximate country supplied by our hosting provider to choose the default; this location estimate may be inaccurate, for example when using a VPN. Global Privacy Control takes priority over an analytics preference. We remember your preference in this browser for up to 180 days.

Calls, email and text messages
Providing contact details asks us to respond by phone or email. Text messages require separate optional consent. If you select the unchecked SMS consent box, Westwood Home Buyer may send recurring messages about your property enquiry, possible purchase offers, appointments and follow-ups, including automated marketing messages. We retain your consent choice, the displayed wording and its version, submission time, phone number, and request details with the enquiry. Consent is not a condition of a property sale or purchase of goods or services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us using the details above. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to provide our messaging services. We do not enroll people in text messages merely because they submit an address or provide a phone number.
